As a small design studio, I typically book out several months in advance, and may not be able to start your project right away. I’m also only able to take on a select number of clients each year to ensure I’m able to provide each one with a personalized creative experience.

How long does the branding process take?
Branding takes about 4-6 weeks to complete, while branding & a website takes about 12-15 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the website.

I need other design services that are not listed in your packages. Can I add on other items to my package?
Absolutely! I customize my packages for each client I work with, to ensure they have everything they need to connect with their clients. Email me for a list of add-on items.

How many logo concepts do you present?
I typically present one logo concept that is completely flushed out, so you can envision how the entire brand works together.

Do you offer revisions?
Yes! My process includes three complementary rounds of revisions because I want to make sure you LOVE your brand and website.

I just need a logo, can you help me with that?
Because there is quite a bit of research and strategy that goes into my brand design, I’m not able to design a one-off logo in an economical way. I often recommend a “mini brand” for small businesses just starting out who might not need all the whistles and bells.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to save your spot on my schedule, followed by two additional payments which are spread out over the project timeline. If you require more flexibility, let me know, I’m always happy to help you make your investment work!
